Rule 4.7(B): Reference to C.R.S. § 8-4-120 should be to C.R.S. § 8-4-120(1); Rule 4.8.2(B): Reference to C.R.S. § 8-4-120 should be to C.R.S. § 8-4-120(1):
The Division submits non-substantive corrections filing pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-4-103(11)(d)(II) for 7 CCR 1103-7. In Rules 4.7(B) and 4.8.2(B), the reference to C.R.S. § 8-4-120 in parentheses at the end of each Rule should instead be a reference to C.R.S. § 8-4-120(1). This is a non-substantive edit to correct typographical errors made during rulemaking, where the Division inadvertently failed to update the language to reflect that subsections were added to the provision when it was amended by Senate Bill 22-161. These changes will benefit readers of the rule by correcting these typographical errors for better readability, and by ensuring that complete and accurate citations accompany the quoted text from the Colorado Revised Statutes.
