| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Executive Director to consider repealing language in the Colorado Universal Preschool Program (UPK) rules, which removes the tuition credit language in rule section 4.105, to mitigate inconsistencies in its application. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the Executive Director repealing Rule 4.105(A) on a permanent basis was to mitigate inconsistent implications of the tuition credit on the various types of Universal Preschool Program providers, to provide an equitable delivery of Colorado Universal Preschool Program. |
