| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado Department of Local Affairs intends to repeal rules for Search and Rescue (8 CCR 1307-1) as the Backcountry Search and Rescue program has lawfully moved to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) subsequent to the passage of Senate Bill 22-168, effective 1/1/2023. New regulations for the Backcountry Search and Rescue Program, under DNR, have been promulgated with an anticipated effective date of July 1, 2023. |
