| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider establishing a new Regulation Number 28 to address greenhouse gas emissions attributable to buildings to include building performance standards for covered buildings, waivers and extensions, and data benchmarking and reporting requirements, in response to House Bills 19-1261 and House Bill 21-1286.
The hearing in this matter was originally set for May 16-19, 2023 as set forth in the Notice of Rulemaking Hearing published on February 10, 2023. On April 20, 2023, the Commission voted to continue the hearing to its August 2023 meeting. The Commission is issuing this amended notice to confirm the updated schedule for this proceeding. |
