| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado Department of State is considering amendments to the campaign and political finance rules to ensure uniform and proper administration, implementation, and enforcement of Colorado campaign finance law. Specifically, the Department proposed permanent adoption of temporary rules adopted on April 13, 2023 (under CCR tracking # 2023-0204). Please see attached Notice of Permanent Rulemaking including a Draft Statement of Basis. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Colorado Department of State has consider amendments to the campaign and political finance rules to ensure uniform and proper administration, implementation, and enforcement of Colorado campaign finance law.
