| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) to consider adopting rules to transfer the School Readiness and Quality Improvement Program (SRQIP) and Early Childhood Council (ECC) rules from the Colorado Department of Human Services to CDEC, update statutory and rule references, and amend the level of providers able to receive funding from the SRQIP. |
