| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to incorporate changes as a result of the Department’s Regulatory Efficiency Review Process. This proposed revision updates the incorporation of rules in Part 4.6 to align with the most recent version of Colorado Parks and Wildlife rules that became effective January 1, 2023. |
