| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Colorado Department of State has temporarily adopted amendments to the campaign and political finance rules to ensure uniform and proper administration, implementation, and enforcement of Colorado campaign finance law. Specifically, the Department temporarily adopted amendments to Rule 10.17 concerning inflationary adjustments to campaign contribution limits in accordance with Section 3(13), Article XXVIII of the Colorado Constitution.
