| Description of Subjects/Issues |
In addition to necessary clean-up, these rules require updates based on statutory changes by the
2022 legislative session, primarily:
• Reduction of the percentage on which a Performance Evaluation Rating may be based on
Measures of student Learning, from 50 percent to 30 percent
Updates include:
• Clean-up of numbering and other revisions for sake of clarity and consistency |
