| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to ensure continuity of Exceptional Children’s Educational
Act Rules with the requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and
House Bill 22-1294. Technical changes to provide clarity to the Rules are also proposed. |
