These emergency rules are being enacted following an administrative error with a permanent rule that has since been terminated. The rules are in response to the signing of HB22-1347. Permanent rules will be enacted by the Division to take effect on the date these emergency rules expire. This rule updates the requirements for filing an admission regarding permanent impairment of scheduled injuries, filing of extended-treatment of medical only claims and filing of position statements in duplicate claims. |
