The amendments to these parts are adopted by the Colorado Civil Rights Commission (the “Commission”) pursuant to its authority at section 24-34-305(1)(a), C.R.S., to adopt rules for the implementation of parts 3 through 7 of article 34 of title 24. |

Amendments to Rules 10.2, 10.7, 10.12, and 81.6 to conform the rules consistent to changes reflected in HBs 21-1108 and 22-1367. The purpose of the proposed amendments is to update key definitions, modifications to the Commission’s jurisdiction over matters, and other changes reflected in legislation from 2021 and 2022, including HB 21-1108 and HB 22-1367. |
