In House Bill 2022-1234, the General Assembly added section 24-33.5-1620, C.R.S., creating a new grant program called the Preventing Identity-Based Violence Grant Program. Section 24-33.5-1620(3)(a) directs the Department of Public Safety to promulgate rules as necessary for the administration of the grant program. |
