| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Initially resulting from Colorado Senate Bill 21-185 (and codified in 22-60.3-201, C.R.S), these rules
require updates based on changes introduced by Colorado House Bill 22-1390. These amendments:
● Expand the definition of shortage area to include educator shortage area(s) determined by
the state board; and
● Clarify the criteria for and process by which candidates can receive financial assistance |
