The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider adopting multiple revisions throughout the State Board of Pharmacy's rules based on stakeholder recommendations; and the implementation Colorado Senate Bills 22-116, 22-173, 22-027, and 22-098; Colorado House Bills 22-1235, 22-1246, 22-1284, 22-1326, 22-1115, and 22-1122; and Executive Orders D 2022-032 and D 2022-034. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
