This rulemaking includes technical clean-up to ensure more inclusive language. It further defines situations in which financial contribution by an individual receiving may be necessary, by excluding financial contribution for training in the use of rehabilitation technology. This change is intended to ensure equitable access to this service regardless of whether the service is provided directly by Division staff or purchased from a community provider. |
