These emergency rules are being enacted because there was insufficient time between the signing of HB22-1347 and the effective date to complete a permanent rulemaking. Permanent rules will be enacted by the Division to take effect on the date these emergency rules expire. These two provisions are entirely new, thus no redline was prepared. |
