| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The amendments to 1 CCR 301-92 are based on changes to the training requirements in statute made by SB 22-004. In addition, the list of approved interim reading assessments is currently under review and the list of such assessments in these rules may be updated prior to rule adoption. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This process has been initiated as a result of the assessment review process outlined in statute and the changes to the READ Act required due to the passage of Senate Bill 22-004. The rule amendments are intended to align the rules to statutory
