| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purposes of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider adopting revisions throughout the State Board of Landscape Architects’ rules pursuant to the rule review mandated by section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S.; to assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of the rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed. Additionally, the Board will consider adopting revisions to Rule 1.4, to implement Colorado Senate Bill 22-116 (Concerning the ability of an individual to obtain an occupational credential through the occupational credential portability program). |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the Board adopting revisions throughout the State Board of Landscape Architects’ rules was pursuant to the rule review mandated by section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S.; and the revisions to Rule 1.4 were to implement Colorado Senate Bill 22-116 (Concerning the ability of an individual to obtain an occupational credential through the occupational credential portability program). |
