The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Director to consider adopting revisions to Rule 1.7 to implement Colorado House Bill 22-1073 (Concerning authorization to enter the premises of an establishment that provides services related to dead human bodies in order to perform an inspection). |

The attached permanent rule is promulgated to implement Colorado House Bill 22-1073 (Concerning authorization to enter the premises of an establishment that provides services related to dead human bodies in order to perform an inspection).
The basis for this rule is to carry out the provisions of Colorado House Bill 22-1073, and the Mortuary Science Code at sections 12-135-101, et seq., C.R.S. |
