| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the proposed amendment is to revise paragraph (a) of Section 6.04 to reflect
the annual commission fees to be assessed for fiscal year 2022-2023. Please note that this
does not change the amounts of the annual commission fees, but changes the rule to reflect
the 2022-2023 fiscal year. The current fee amounts are adequate to cover the commission’s
anticipated expenses for fiscal year 2022-2023. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Section 6.04 of the Colorado Hazardous Waste Regulations (6 CCR 1007-3) was amended by revising paragraph (a) to reflect the annual Commission fee to be assessed for fiscal year 2022-2023. This rulemaking does not change the amounts of the annual Commission fees, but only changes the rules to reflect the 2022-2023 fiscal year. |
