The Division submits a non-substantive correction filing pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-4-103(11)(d)(II) for 7 CCR 1103-15. In Rule 3.5.3(B), a parenthesis should be added after the word safety. In Rules 4.1 and 4.2(B), subsection numbers should be added: 8-13.5-202(c)) should be 8-13.5-202(1)(c); 8-13.5-202(f)) should be 8-13.5-202(1)(f); 8-13.5-202(e)) should be 8-13.5-202(1)(e); and 202(e) should be 202(1)(e). In Appendix A, three uses of “Subsection” and one of “Section should be lowercase. These changes will benefit readers of the rule by correcting a typographical error for better readability, and by ensuring that complete and accurate citations accompany the quoted text from the Colorado Revised Statutes. |
