COMPS Order #38 Rule 2.4.9 currently refers to C.R.S. 8-6-101.5(b). The correct reference is C.R.S. 8-6-101.5(1)(b).
COMPS Order #38 Appendix A, Statutory Authority on page 21, the following have errors:
8.13.3-410 should be 8-13.3-410
8.13.35-202 (c) should be 8-13.5-202(1)(c)
8.13.5-203 should be 8-13.5-203
The Division submits a non-substantive correction filing pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-4-103(11)(d)(II) for 7 CCR 1103-1. These changes correct statutory citations where we inadvertently used periods, not dashes; omitted subsection numbers; and added an extra numeral. In Rule 2.4.9, C.R.S. 8-6-101.5(b) should be C.R.S. 8-6-101.5(1)(b). In Appendix A. Statutory Authority, 8.13.3-410 should be 8-13.3-410, 8.13.5-203 should be 8-13.5-203, and 8.13.35-202 (c) should be 8-13.5-202(1)(c). These changes will benefit readers of the rule by ensuring that complete and accurate citations accompany the quoted text from the Colorado Revised Statutes. |
