Changes made to 2022 PUBLICATION AND YEARLY CALCULATION OF ADJUSTED LABOR COMPENSATION (2022 PAY CALC) ORDER Rule 1.2 Table:
Row (D): R. 2.2.7(E) should be R. 2.4.9
Row (I): R. 2.2.7(F) should be R. 2.2.7(E)
The Division submits a non-substantive correction filing pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-4-103(11)(d)(II) for 7 CCR 1103-14. These changes correct citations to another rule set (the COMPS Order, 7 CCR 1103-1), which we inadvertently failed to update to reflect a change in numbering from the proposed version of the COMPS Order to the adopted version. In Rule 1.2(D), R. 2.2.7(E) should be R. 2.4.9. In Rule 1.2(I), R. 2.2.7(F) should be R. 2.2.7(E). These changes will benefit readers of the rule by ensuring that cross-references to another of the Division’s rule sets are accurate. |
