Description of Subjects/Issues |
S.B. 21-056 made changes to state law such that school boards must now adopt policies
allowing for the storage, possession, and administration of medical marijuana on school
grounds by school personnel. School personnel are not required to administer medical
marijuana and cannot be retaliated against for refusing. The proposed rule amendments
reflect these statutory changes. |
