The purposes of these proposed rules are to fulfill the requirements of SB 21-248, which created a new “Colorado Agricultural Future Loan Program.” These rules create the program, including eligibility requirements; and application processes and procedures for application review, repayment of servicing loans, and for revolved funds. |
