| Description of Subjects/Issues |
An Amendment to Rule 3 Applications, Investigations, and Licensure, that will allow the Division to begin accepting different forms of payment for background investigation deposits. Amendments to Rule 5 Grounds and Procedures for Disciplinary Actions, as a result of mandatory Rule Review. These are minor changes to fix small errors and to extend the amount of time in which the Commission is has to hear a case after a summary suspension has been imposed. Amendments to Rule 21 Rules for Blackjack-Poker Combination Games, to promulgate rules for a new game, TriLux Blackjack. Amendments to Rule 23 Rules for Craps, to promulgate rules for a new craps game, Dice-Ology. |
