Description of Subjects/Issues |
During the 2021 legislative session, the General Assembly passed SB 21-106 Concerning High
School Transitions. This legislation made several small changes to the Innovative Learning
Pilot Program (ILOP) including eligible entities as well as application and selection criteria.
The proposed amendments to 1 CCR 301-110 reflect these statutory changes as well as other
technical changes as recommended by the Attorney General’s Office. |
