To create the Farm-to-Market Infrastructure Grant Program providing funds to businesses, farmers, and ranchers for the development and expansion of agricultural processing. To establish general eligibility requirements for the Program. To establish application processes and procedures for the Program. To establish processes and procedures for the review of applications and award of grant funds.
To establish processes and procedures for reimbursement of expenses to participating businesses, farmers, and ranchers. |
