Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider adopting revisions to Rule 1.17, to implement Colorado Senate Bill 21-077 (Concerning the elimination of verification of an individual's lawful presence in the United States as a requirement for individual credentialing); and to consider adopting a new rule to implement Colorado House Bill 21-1276 (Concerning the prevention of substance use disorders). |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the Board adopting revisions to Rule 1.17, was to implement Colorado Senate Bill 21-077 (Concerning the elimination of verification of an individual's lawful presence in the United States as a requirement for individual credentialing); and the Board adopted Rule 1.26, to implement Colorado House Bill 21-1276 (Concerning the prevention of substance use disorders). |
