The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider adopting revisions to Rule 1.1(B), to implement Colorado Senate Bill 21-077 (Concerning the elimination of verification of an individual's lawful presence in the United States as a requirement for individual credentialing). |

| Comments |
The Notice of Hearing indicated the Board would consider revisions to rule 1.1(B), which at the time of filing was the correct numbering for this rule. Effective July 15, 2021, the Board's rules were renumbered (Tracking No. 2021-00237), changing this rule to Rule 1.4(B). |
