Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado legislature passed Senate Bill 21-077 in May 2021, which repealed the “lawful presence” verification requirement for individuals seeking licenses or certifications from state agencies. The purpose of this hearing is to remove the requirement in 100.14.1 that applicants for operator certification provide verification of lawful presence in the United States. |
