| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Executive Director is adopting these rules on an emergency basis to comply with section 44-7-104(5), C.R.S., requiring the promulgation of rules concerning the Liquor Enforcement Division’s enforcement of Article 7 of Title 44 to ensure the protection of public health. |
