| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider adopting the proposed revisions to Rule 1.6 to implement Colorado House Bill 19-1129 (Prohibiting mental health care providers from engaging in conversion therapy with a patient under eighteen years of age); and revisions to Rule 1.16 to make corrections to the language that conflict with portions of the statute in Colorado Senate Bill 20-102. The corrections to Rules 1.16 are required by the Office of Legislative Legal Services. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
