| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the proposed changes to Rule 1.6 is to implement Colorado House Bill 19-1129, and the proposed changes to Rules 1.12 and 1.22 that were recently adopted to implement Colorado House Bill 20-1326 and Senate Bill 20-102, are to make necessary corrections as required by the Office of Legislative Legal Services. |

The purpose of the adopted revisions to Rule 1.6, was to implement Colorado House Bill 19-1129; and the adopted revisions to Rules 1.12 and 1.22, corrected language that conflicted with portions of the statutes in Colorado House Bill 20-1326 and Senate Bill 20-102 (sections 12-20-202(3) and 12-30-115, C.R.S.). |
