| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The basis and purpose of Emergency Regulation 44-20-102(22)-COVID DIAL is to provide the ability to conduct motor vehicle sales and operations during the COVID-19 pandemic while complying with Executive Order D 2020 235 dated October 30, 2020, Executive Order D 2020 245 dated November 9, 2020, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s Public Health Order 20-36 dated November 2, 2020, and other guidance issued by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local counties and municipalities. |
