| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this Emergency Rulemaking Hearing was for the Board to
adopt revisions to the rules to implement Colorado House Bill 20-1216 (Sunset
Review which Continues Regulation of Nurses and makes changes to the Nurse
Practice Act) and Colorado House Bill 20-1183 (Sunset Review which Continues
Certification of Nurse Aides). |
