| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed revisions are the result of a recent rule review from the Office of Legislative Legal Services (OLLS). The OLLS reviewed the rule and identified three minor changes necessary to ensure the regulations are consistent with Colorado State Law. First, the Division must eliminate the treatment of a non-profit to for-profit business structure (or vice-versa) as a change of ownership; second, there must be increasing specificity regarding the number of beds required related to the client grievance mechanisms, and third, the Division must update a statutory reference in response to the renumbering of Title 12. |
