| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to add the International Association of Fairs and Expositions National Code of Show Ring Ethics in Article 7 of these rules. The Board decided to add the show ring ethics as a part of the rules because the text is not to voluminous. In addition, the digital location of this document is located behind the IAFE firewall so it is not feasible to incorporate it by reference. Article 8.1 is being amended to remove the requirement for show ring ethics to be included as a part of premium books. |
