| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed revisions to the Rules will update: (1) the reference to the Board’s website in Rule 4c.; and (2) references to Colorado Parks and Wildlife throughout the Rules. The revisions also amend Rules 6k. and 6m. to implement House Bill 20-1157, which addresses temporary loans of water for instream flow use. |
