| Description of Subjects/Issues |
These amended rules are proposed to implement and enforce the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act, C.R.S. § 8-13.3-401 et seq., defining statutory paid sick leave as wages under C.R.S. § 8-4-101(14)(a)(I) to be investigated, implemented, and enforced by the Division; and to add other clarifying amendments to these rules. |
