| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider adopting multiple new and revised rules for the Colorado Dental Board, following the mandatory Rule Review as required by section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S., to assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of the rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed; and to implement Colorado House Bill 20-1326 (Endorsements/Creation of Occupational Credential Portability Program), Senate Bill 20-102 (Patient Disclosures Regarding Sexual Misconduct), and Senate Bill 19-079 (Concerning the Requirement that Practitioners Prescribe Controlled Substances Electronically). |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
