| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider revisions addressing Senate Bill 19-181, HB19-1261 and the Clean Air Act (CAA): Serious Ozone Nonattainment requirements. This would include proposed elements to Colorado’s State Implementation Plan (SIP) and revisions to associated regulations. There are four segments to this rulemaking hearing which will be addressed by the Commission: 1) Serious Ozone Nonattainment Area SIP Elements, 2) Regulation Number 3, 3) Regulation Number 7, and 4) Air Quality Standards, Designations and Emission Budgets. ** SEE NOTICE OF RULEMAKING FOR FULL DETAILS OF EACH SEGMENT LISTED. |
