The purpose of the proposed revisions to the State Board of Addiction Counselor Examiners' Rules clarify Rule 1.14 concerning the required recency of experience and examination for applications; and implement Colorado House Bill 20-1206 (Sunset Review which Continues the Regulation of Addiction Counselor Examiners), Colorado House Bill 20-1326 (Endorsements/Creation of an Occupational Credential Portability Program), and Senate Bill 20-102 (Patient Disclosures Regarding Sexual Misconduct). |
