The purpose of the proposed rule revisions to the Board of Chiropractic Examiners’s rules are to implement Colorado House Bill 20-1210 (Sunset Review that Continues the Regulation of Chiropractic Examiners), Colorado House Bill 20-1326 (Concerning Endorsements/Creation of an Occupational Credential Portability Program), and Colorado Senate Bill 20-102 (Concerning Patient Disclosures Regarding Sexual Misconduct). |
