The purpose of the proposed rule revisions to the Office of Hearing Aid Provider Licensure’s rules are to implement Colorado House Bill 20-1218 (Sunset Review that Continues the Regulation of Hearing Aid Providers), Colorado House Bill 20-1326 (Concerning Endorsements/Creation of an Occupational
Credential Portability Program), and Colorado Senate Bill 20-102 (Concerning Patient Disclosures Regarding Sexual Misconduct). |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the adopted revisions to the Office of Hearing Aid Provider
Licensure’s rules, is to implement Colorado House Bill 20-1218 (Sunset Review
