| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Division is proposing adding, amending, and repealing rules to implement and clarify HB20-1196 Mobile Home Park Act Updates and HB20-1201 Mobile Home Park Residents Opportunity To Purchase, which went into effect on June 30, 2020, and the Mobile Home Park Act Dispute Resolution & Enforcement Program as a result of House Bill 19-1309, which went into effect on May 23, 2019. |

The Division conducted stakeholder meetings on August 18, 21, and 27, 2020 remotely through Zoom to inform the drafting of these rules, which were considered at a remote rulemaking hearing at 1:00 PM MT on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 through Zoom. Stakeholders were invited and encouraged to submit written testimony for consideration, directed to Alison George, Housing Director, by 11:59 PM on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Stakeholders participated during the rulemaking hearing by providing verbal and/or written testimony for consideration. |
