Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the proposed rule revisions to the Office of Respiratory Therapy Licensure’s rules are in compliance with section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S., which mandates a regularly scheduled review of the rules to assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of the rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed; and to implement Colorado House Bill 20-1326 (Concerning Endorsements/Creation of a Occupational Credential Portability Program), and Colorado Senate Bill 20-102 (Concerning Patient Disclosures Regarding Sexual Misconduct). |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the adopted revisions to the Office of Respiratory Therapy
Licensure’s rules are to comply with section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S., which
mandates a regularly scheduled review of the rules to assess the continuing need,
appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of the rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed; and Colorado Senate Bill 20-102 (Concerning Patient Disclosures Regarding Sexual Misconduct). |
