The purpose of this Rulemaking is for the Board to consider changes to multiple State Board of Pharmacy's Rules that provide general cleanup, updates, and clarity; and implement Colorado House Bill 20-1050 (Concerning the distribution of drugs by other outlet pharmacies), Colorado House Bill 20-1061 (Concerning pharmacists' ability to provide HIV infection prevention medications to patients), Colorado Senate Bill 20-136 (Concerning an omnibus bill that conforms and updates obsolete federal references), and Colorado Senate Bill 20-007 (Concerning treatment for substance use disorders). |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this Rulemaking was for the Board to adopt revisions to multiple
State Board of Pharmacy's Rules that provide general cleanup, updates, and
clarity; and implement Colorado House Bill 20-1050 (Concerning the distribution of
drugs by other outlet pharmacies), Colorado House Bill 20-1061 (Concerning
