Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The basis and purpose of Emergency Regulation 44-20-102(22)-COVID is to provide the ability to conduct motor vehicle sales and operations during the COVID-19 pandemic while complying with Executive Order D 2020 044 dated April 26, 2020, Executive Order D 2020 079 dated May 25, 2020, Executive Order D 2020 091 dated June 1, 2020, Executive Order D 2020 123 dated June 30, 2020, Executive Order D 2020 127 dated July 9, 2020, Executive Order D 2020 138 dated July 16, 2020, Executive Order D 2020 142 dated July 21, 2020, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s Ninth Amended Public Health Order 20-28 dated June 30, 2020, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s Public Health Order 20-32 dated July 10, 2020, and other guidance issued by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local counties and municipalities. |
